Deputy PM: Russia’s gas production may fall by 10% in 2022

MOSCOW, Oct 14 (PRIME) -- Russia’s production of natural gas may contract by about 10% on the year in 2022, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on Friday during the Russian Energy Week forum.

“It will be a lesser amount than what we had last year. … I will not name the exact figure, but if exports remain the same as today, then the combined amount may fall by up to 10%,” he said.
